What is the monthly rent?

Is there a move-in special?
One month free on leases of 12 months or longer, applied to the first full month of rent (not a partial move-in month). Contact leasing for eligibility and terms.
What amenities are available?
Community amenities include on-site laundry, an on-site grill, an outdoor lounge area, on-site storage, and bike parking. Apartment homes offer stainless steel appliances. Ask about amenity access and storage availability.
How can I schedule a tour?
Use the Schedule a Tour button to book through Microsoft Bookings. Tours are offered Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM; Saturday tours between 10 AM and 5 PM are by appointment request and subject to confirmation. Closed Sundays.
How do I apply?
Visit our RentCafe application page using the Apply Now button to review current availability and start an application.
Are pets allowed?
Pet fee: $300. Pet rent: $25 per pet per month. Please contact leasing for applicable pet restrictions and to confirm if the one-time pet fee is per pet and when it is due.
What are the application fee, administrative fee, and deposit?
The application fee is $50 and the administrative fee is $150, both due at the time of application (a combined $200). The refundable security deposit is $750. The refundable $750 security deposit is due at move-in. Ask the leasing team about deposit refund conditions and any other applicable charges.
